Registering for the new online services is easy and we have outlined how to do it in a useful step by step guide.
How to Register
This page can be located by clicking, Register For Access.
You will then be redirected to the following page;
Step 1 - Enter Your Name
Enter your First and Last Name - Key in your name as it appears on your account.
Step 2 - Enter Your Account Number
In order to sign-up for an online account, you must already be a member of the Credit Union. Enter the account number given to you by the Credit Union.
Step 3 - Enter your E-mail Address
You must have a valid e-mail address to register for online access. Your e-mail address must be your own and cannot already be in use by another Credit Union member. Couples using a joint e-mail address who wish to view individual accounts must have separate e-mail addresses in order to sign up.
Step 4 - Enter your Personal Details
Enter the relevant details on the next three boxes on the Account Signup screen:
- Date of Birth - Enter your DOB in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
- Mobile Number - Key in a contact telephone number.
Step 5 - Wait for your User ID to Arrive
Once you have clicked Register at the bottom of the page your sign-up details will be sent securely to St. Michael's Credit Union.
Once you have completed the above registration process, a letter will be automatically sent to the address provided with you 6 Digit User ID.
Shortly after receiving the letter you will receive your 6 digit PIN to your mobile phone by text. We strongly recommend that you memorise the PIN and immediately delete the text from your telephone.
The letter with your pin will include the login procedure step by step.
